Thank you so much everyone for coming to the graveside service today. Hajime and our family is now at peace in our own ways through everyone's loving support.
My wish was that, "As we hold onto hope for a day to call an important tomorrow, the remaining time that we have together shall be peaceful as can be"

I miss you so much.
This is a first night without our most special young man.
It was a long long battle but too short for someone’s life.
After his body left from our house and turning off all of the equipment; a ventilator, an oxygen concentrator, nebulizer, feeding pump, air mattress etc; his room sounds as quiet as hell.
I know I don’t have to wake up anymore and run for any alarm goes off, but I feel I still hear all of the sounds.
I know I don’t have to wake up every hour to reposition you anymore. Now I don’t know what to do. I am totally lost.

Hajime is good!
Hajime's condition is very stable recently.
Because of reasons, me and my husband take care for him.
Unfortunately we don't have nurse week day.
But we have night nurse since end of June.
Still finding daytime nurse. Please pray for something.

Ryo's interview at SPHS
Humans of South Pasadena
"Don’t take anything for granted. If you experience anything bad, it’s a lesson—it’s nothing too bad. To me, I know bad. Over in South Pas, we have a really high academic record. Most people think it’s the end of the world if they don’t get into college. I was lucky enough to graduate this year. I think people take the little things too serious."
“Going into high school, my brother was diagnosed with ALS—which is Lou Gehrig’s Disease— it’s a neurodegenerative disease, so your motor functions die off and you end up immobilized, and basically it's a slow process of dying. It’s been progressing for like six years now. It was only supposed to be three years—it's been six years—he’s getting to the point where there’s no hope in getting him back. I feel like that was a big part of high school, and I struggled with it emotionally and academically. I was going through major depression. Junior year and senior year have been nice to me. I hit rock bottom, and I kinda got back up. It’s been a long four years.
I realized that when I was going through a hard time that, what I really needed to do was reach out and ask for help. My brother was a huge part of my life so losing that person I always talked with was a big loss for me. And also since he was the only person that I could really open up to, I never realized what great friends I have until I really built up enough confidence to open up to them. So I am really blessed with the huge amount of support I get from them.”

Hajime has fever
Hajime's breathing has been weak for the last week.
For that reason, his heart rate and blood pressure was high.
Right now, he has been getting a fever everyday.
According to the doctor, all of this is happening because
Hajime is slowly declining.
Please keep him in your prayer.
